My Quest to Become an Underwater Photographer. By Geniusofdespair

My underwater shots are pretty much in a league with my above ground shots...bad. Here are the only 4 that turned out, that is out of 27. On to a new hobby. These all were taken off Tahiti Beach in Biscayne Bay, at least the varied colors are nice and it is good to know fish still exist in Biscayne Bay:

This last one is pretty bad so I didn't count it:

Or just to a new camera! One with better sensitivity in low light. Not those ultra-compact cameras that like to pack megapixels onto the same sized sensor.

The film was 800 speed. Fish, I found, tend to move.

Who's property did yu have to tresspass to get to Tahiti Beach? I used to ride my bike there as a kid, not its mansions of the rich and famous...

Wow, two sentences, two typos. You'd think I worked for the Herald...

you, not yu...now, not NOT. Jesus.

I was in the water, not on their property. They don't own Biscayne Bay.

The first one looks like a hog snapper. The second to the last one looks like a puffer fish. I'm guessing the ones in the middle are also snappers...

First one looks like a lane snapper.
Genius, there are many fish in Biscayne Bay they are all just hiding (or dying).
Do you have a flash on the camera? I am guessing your using a Nikonos system?

I am using a high tech camera system:
Walgreens disposable underwater camera...
