Several years ago I represented a client whose insurer wouldn't pay for her to use a surgeon in LA who specialized in removing auditory tumors. She had a sales job that had her cell glued to her ear and was convinced the cell caused the tumor. Since then, I try to use the headphones (with the wire, not bluetooth) if I am going to talk on my cell for any period of time.

Those that die in car crashes while using their cells will not develop malignant brain tumors.
