I took this in Washington, D.C. The guy gave his permission. He said he has been growing his hair for 17 years. Almost to his ankles, he has the longest hair I have ever seen. Thanks to my trusty phone, I got this shot (hit on photo to enlarge it). Here are more photos from my trip:
