The Unreformable Majority County Commissioners: History of Net Worth. By geniusofdespair

These Commissioners always vote in a block to move the UDB line:
Javier Souto 12/31/08 - $856,500, 12/31/07 $844,814, 12/31/05 $596,975.
Joe Martinez 6/20/09 - $270,793, 6/5/08 - $411,886, 6/29/07 - $40,379, 6/30/05 - $202,878, 7/09/04 - $187,774. (his records are like a see-saw, he was bankrupt in the late 90's.)
Barbara Jordan 12/31/08 - $1,911,853, 12/31/07 - $1,486,413, 12/31/06 - $1,881,177.
Jose “Pepe” Diaz 12/31/08 - $226,002, 12/31/07 - $267,373, 12/31/06 - $351,586, 12/31/04 - $225,833, 12/31/03 - $134,495.
Audrey Edmonson 12/31/08 $286,000, 12/31/06 - $212,700.
Bruno Barreiro didn’t get his form in. 12/31/07 - $1,365,496, 12/31/06 - $1,069,935
Dorrin Rolle 6/30/09 - $1,021,184, 6/30/08 - $1,113,254, 6/30/06 - $1,557,461, 6/30/05 - $1,072,851, 6/30/04 - $997,040. (In ‘06 he made $161,000 from Jesca, he made a whopping $190,000 from Jesca in ‘08.)
Natacha Seijas 12/31/08 - $655,019, 12/31/06 - $486,505, 12/31/04 -$344,980, 12/31/03 - $276,862.

Natacha’s spike in net worth? She bought an additional property, according to her report, at 7475 NW 167 Terrace, Hialeah she estimates to be worth $320,822. She got some additional financing wih Home Financing Center on Blue Lagoon Drive. It was purchased in 2006 for $360,000 by Stephanie Goree but she was foreclosed on. An order was issued for a writ of possession for Deutsch bank March 2008 (hit read more to see it). So Natacha bought this property after that date and curiously, it appears on the Property Appraiser Site as owned by Natacha Sejaz Millan instead of Natacha Seijas. I couldn't find records of sale, as they have retained all the information from the former buyer because it is a distressed sale. I contacted PA office and I just heard from them: "The Property was sold 12-18-2008 from Deutsche Bank Natl. to Natacha Sejaz Millan for $225,000. The same name that is on our records Natacha Sejaz Millan is on the deed that was recorded in the clerk of the courts." They also said, it is up to her to correct all the records regarding her name.

There ought to be a law against the use of multiple "names" by individuals on property records that are publicly available. The purpose seems to be mainly to obscure ownership for various unstated reasons. Having researched property records, and especially in light of the rampant fraud during the housing bubble/boom, I would support a new criminal law requiring accuracy in property records. To resolve the situation of names that are very popular: like Joe Martinez or Jose Diaz, there should be a numeric tag to each individual's name: the last four digits of the social security or or birthdate in a six digit number.

I think she was trying to hide this record for some reason.

Just like Seijas and her "Policy Advisor to the Commission" don't use county emails or accurate titles.

To these people government is a game. They are not there to make government work for people. They are there to help insiders profit at the edge of the law. Hell, you have the city of Miami planning department using government resources to run their own business from inside City Hall and no one goes to jail!!! At the county, you have lobbyists running the airport and road contracts as ATMs for campaign contributions. Why would any of them think there is a penalty to pay for trying to mask their ownership of properties or anything else? Do the voters of Hialeah care? Obviously not.

Let me get this straight, Natacha the Vile one signed all the papers, they were notarized and on all of them her name was incorrectly spelled and she didn't notice that...or did she?
