In case you wanted to know what it is like living under the Julia Tuttle Bridge with 65 sex offenders, here is a pretty good Miami Herald video. I would have dropped by the bridge myself one of these days...but now I don't have to. I would have just taken some cell phone photos so this video is far superior to anything I would have done. Score one for the Miami Herald.
