Genius of Despair, those readers have mistaken telling it the way it really is for negativism.
When one spends as much time as you do, plowing through as much muck as you do, I am sure one tends to get pragmatic when it relates to what you see. It is what it is.
And by the way, about 95% of the people who read about the crud, shrug it off and leave it for someone else to clean it up. Some days, the clean-up crew gets overwhelmed with the stench and would love to run quietly away and let the 95% live in the crud that they accept as price they pay to live in South Florida's sunshine.
Thanks goes to You, Gimmy and the 5% who come behind with the broom and garbage can. The clean-up crew deserves a rest.
