Parkland To Be Heard Thursday: Get Ready by Watching A Man Mad at Lennar. By Geniusofdespair
Francisco Da Costa says Lennar has lost its moral compass...among other things. He is in California but I can relate to his testimony -- he even mentions Florida.

The hearing on Thursday is not a big deal. It will likely be transmitted without a recommendation to the State, so that DCA can review it, and provide its recommendation. The important meeting will happen a few months from now when it comes back to the BCC for final action.
Well maybe they can stop wasting our tax dollars and VOTE NOT TO SUBMIT. Why should the DCA review a DRI that we can stop NOW! Man/woman hours at the state level is our tax dollars being wasted!!!
It is obscene that they don't stop it when they have the ability. EVERYONE knows this is a bad idea. Leaders lead - Miami Dade County Commissioners PUNT their responsibilty to the state. PATHETIC!
I have been searching for the recent Miami Herald Business Brief Item on the bond rating drop on Lennar and DR Horton and a couple of other companies. Was I imagining that I saw it? And if I did, why did it disappear?
The only I found was the Moodys from a long while back. The article I am looking for was published recently, maybe in the past 2 weeks. I can't find it on newsbank or on the herald site.
Can someone find it for me? (I need to know that I am not nuts!)
