The owner of the famous historic, downtown tavern "Tobacco Road", Patrick Gleber, along with Sergio Pino and Rodney Barreto, is a partial owner of the property proposed for Lennar's mega-development Parkland! Patrick owns a big percentage of Krome Groves Investors, LLC. (See post below for more on Parkland).

Doesn't Michael Latterner still own the actual building that houses Tobacco Road?
nope owned by Gleber and Portela. They paid $150,000 in 1982
