No Anna is not giving us a high five or waving, she is indicating how many hours she spent in line waiting to early vote Saturday afternoon. And, she was not in the building yet! Bianca was also in line for five hours. She was wearing an Obama button with his name written in Hebrew: "It was the only thing I could get with Obama on it" Bianca said. All the African American voters around her had the Hebrew buttons on but they did not want to be photographed.
Anna asked if our blog was Republican leaning, she said if so, she did not want to be pictured in it. What do think readers, are we? Let's say a prayer that every voter has the fortitude of these two women: to stand in line for five hours. I on the other hand have no fortitude, I left the massive line and again promised myself to vote on election day. Someone has to cancel out Crist's vote, I call dibs on Crist.

Your blog Republican leaning? What a joke!
Yes that would be a joke. And here is one reason why:
Sarah Palin.
If anyone engergized me it was her. Because of her nomination to VP I had to work against her being a heartbeat away from the presidency. I could have lived with McCain as president but because of his age and health...she made him unacceptable. She will go down in history as the greatest mistake of the 2008 election.
FIVE HOURS?? PEOPLE ARE WAITING FIVE HOURS!!
I call dibs on cancelling out Natacha's vote!
I will be voting at my precinct on E day as well. I've got a chair, book , sunhat and water.
And I'm not leaving till I've voted.
have my i pod too! I am with you last anon...Then I am planning on going to a bar to get ready for the returns. Yes, it is good you have called Vile Natacha... cancel away.
I have already voted and cancelled vile Natacha's vote, so choose someone else. I deserve the honor since I was part of the group that endured a criminal investigation by State Attorney Rundle doing Natacha's bidding.
I was at the Kendall Library working for Obama today where I estimate the wait was 3-4 hours, and when I left at 7:15 pm the last person in line would probably not vote until 9:30 pm. The news reported that the Miami Gardens location still had people waiting at 10:00 pm, where they had been standing in line since 5:00.
The Cuban demonstrators for McCain were going nuts today, and showed up in larger numbers than in previous days, as they linked Fidel Castro's takeover of Cuba to the election of Obama, who according to them is going to institute in the US a Marxist/Socialist government and seize private property. Talk about paranoia!
G.o.d.---what bar and I will join you.
i would love company, you name the place...better let's see if there are already places people are meeting.
