I happened upon this rally on Saturday on the way to my weekly visit with my mother-in-law. In election news, the Associated Press reports:
"Democrat Barack Obama on Friday won endorsements from two unlikely newspapers - the Chicago Tribune and the Los Angeles Times.
While the Tribune is the largest daily in Obama's hometown, the publication hasn't backed a Democrat in its 161-year history. And the Times hasn't endorsed a presidential candidate since 1972, when it backed President Richard M. Nixon's re-election."
Senator Obama was endorsed by the Miami Herald today and 4 Star General, Colin Powell. The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday shows Barack Obama attracting 51% of the vote while John McCain earns 45%. These reflect "after debate" numbers.

Powell's endorsement was well presented...but so was his case to go to war in Iraq.
Keep on rockin' in the free world. There's also a rally with Barack and Michelle in Miami on Tuesday, downtown.
