Miami Herald: Two Stories on Parkland/The UDB. By Geniusofdespair

Don't miss these two articles by Matthew Haggman in today's paper.

1. Lennar push to move Dade's development line criticized by heavyweights Armando Codina and Jorge Perez. Interesting turn of events.

2. Battle lines being drawn over development in Miami-Dade farmland. Ray Melendi of Lennar says: " It will be like Coral Gables or Miami Lakes." Be sure to enlarge the photo.

I think Matt and the Herald did a fine job....what do you think? Don't bother Lennar Exec's, we know what you think.

Did anyone catch Armando Codina's letter to the Herald today. He stated he didn't know anything about Parkland. That is pretty hard to believe since he appears to read/respond to EVERY real estate article with his name on it. Either he reads the Daily Business Review and Herald business/metro sections religiously or he sits at home at 2 a.m. googling his name for hours. I think it is the former, and that would mean he would have read about Parkland.
