Century Homebuilders of South Florida, LLC. have an abandoned building on busy LeJeune Road ( 850 N.W. 42 Avenue) at least they are still listed as the owners and the 2007 taxes are in paid status. You can see pieces of the sheathing coming off of their sign. I took this picture and you can just make out their name on the concrete fascia where the 3D letters were removed.
I would assume this building could be in foreclosure as it is in a state of disrepair and appears to have been vacated for awhile. The Manager of the Century Corporation owning this property is none other than Sergio Pino. Also on the board of the Corporation are: Cesar Llano, Fred Sanchez, Jessica Gonzalez and Dayne DelValle.

Sergio's name does pop up more than it should.
They are going to redevelop the site with office space. There was a huge sign on the property, maybe they cleared it out already...

Sergio's name pops up just like a Jack in the Box... constantly and with predictability.
If I had an account at US Century I'd be concerned. Just make sure it is under the $100k FDIC insurance, or, in separate names.
This was the campaign HQ for W in 2004. Lots of people worked the telephones, and handed out flyers on LeJeune RD the night of the election.
