If you read the description of what Robert Traurig does, it seems as though it doesn't quite fit his specialty: "Environmental." Has the law profession redefined the word?
The Green Sky Iniatives...polluted more. This "Envioronmental title" is more Republican speak to sell it to the people and it makes these lawyers feel better about their horrible legacy on this earth. Trauig is a Jewish man who gives wads of money he earns from fighting environmental rules to religious causes. Doesn't even out fellow. God knows.
There is nothing out of the ordinary, nor Orwellian, about what they've done.
"Environmental Law" is a well established area of the law dealing with everything from permitting issues to litigation under various state and federal environmental laws.
Once you pass laws on an issue, such as the aforementioned labor laws, a new legal disclipline is formed.
It doesn't matter what "side" of the issue you happen to be on.
If they listed themselves as "environmentalist" lawyers, then you could have a point.
The antisemitism in the comment above was a nice extra touch.

The developer's dream girl, Lucia Dougherty, is also listed as an "Environmental" lawyer and so is Simon Ferro and Clifford Schulman. Hmm.
Off topic, but look into "labor" lawyer too. Apparently truth in advertising doesn't apply - most are "management," if not outright "anti-labor" ...
