He is correct. Each commisioner takes good care of his or her voters and the hell with everybody else. Again the only way out is term limits.

Speaking of lawsuits...

I think we need to have one that forces the issue of county wide elections and also redefines the Federal definition of minority.

Minority in the US is defined more by any given Majority in a region, than it is by national origin/race, which is how it is done currently.

Morin is a genious. He says more in one picture than most people do in 10 pages. I hope he stays around for a long time. I am buying his book, it's got to be worth a million laughs.
