That couldn't be a correct job description. County Commissioner Dorrin Rolle held this job at Jesca. Dorrin, often the guy caught sleeping on the dais, is none of the above yet he held the Jesca job for years... that is until the non-profit started down belly-up road because of a bad audit (led to funding being dropped by school board) and bad press (for almost $200,000 in bank charges).
