DIRECTING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE TO BRING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE OWNER AND/OR ANY RESPONSIBLE PARTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 19431 EAST LAKE DRIVE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FOR COUNTY CODE VIOLATIONS EXISTING ON THE PROPERTY, AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO BRING SUIT AND TO COMPROMISE AND RESOLVE THE ACTION IN A MANNER THAT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE COUNTY.
You have to ask yourself: Why is the County Commission tackling specific code violations? Why is she wasting the Commissioners' time with something that should be taken care of by staff? Is she up for re-election perhaps? Does she hate this guy? You would think a call to Burgess would have taken care of this.

What is a week without reading about Natacha?
I'm contacting Natacha right away as we have a developer that has been committing illegal actions for the past five years and the county has been unable or unwilling to resolve them. Could it be because he's a developer and gets special treatment from the county, or that the commissioner from my district gets juicy contributions for his reelection? Nevertheless, Natacha has the ear of the State Attorney, the Mayor, the Commissioners, Burgess and, if you ask me, even Fidel Castro, her mentor.
100 dollars says that the owner of the property is Miachael Pizzy or someone else involved in the recall...

Who is up for a referendum to do away with the county and divide it into municipalities. Bet it would pass by 90 percent.
