Now I wonder what district Joe is from? How is anyone running against him going to compete with this? Who can promise the district $10 Million? The only defense: Saying the affordable housing will be placed in a rich neighborhood.

For all of you losers that say "Get Good Candidates" this is why good candidates don't matter. They cannot compete. We need term limits.
Hey Joe! must be election time if you're "doing something for the people".
G.O.D. You are smart, how can we set term limits when the same people we're attempting to term-limit are the ones that have to give us their approval to put the question on the ballot? This is a "until death do us part" deal. Either they die or we kick the bucket first. Neither commissioner is willing to give their job up even if they feel they're undepaid and whine about it all day. It's not the salary but the fringes that keeps them on our payroll.
