Clifford: Don't you have better things to do? By Geniusofdespair

For your information readers, the following named in this press release are a bunch of second string lobbyist-lawyers...with nothing better to do than beat up on citizens because Ron Book, Rodney Barreto, Miguel DeGrandy and that other short little twit, his name escapes me, are raking in all the dough and have all the power. Clifford, Simon, Neisen and Stanley are stuck in the role of wannabe Uber Lobbyists:

"Cliff Schulman to lead group's Miami-area Local Public Advocacy Group to Fight Hometown Democracy.
Floridians for Smarter Growth (FSG) yesterday announced that Cliff Schulman, an attorney in Greenberg Traurig's Miami office, will join the fight against the so-called Hometown Democracy amendment as Chair of the campaign's Local Public Advocacy Group. Mr. Schulman joins Neisen Kasdin, Simon Ferro and Stan Price, all recently appointed to FSG leadership slots in Miami-Dade." For more information go to FLSmarterGrowth.net

Notice they use the word "SLOTS" in their press release, that is because they are jealous of Al Lorenzo and Ron Book's slots windfall over the past few months and they are sending them a coded bitchy message.

Don't they hate Schulman in Sunny Isles Beach for some deal he cooked up? Maybe he should move there.

These guys did more to blow hot air into the housing bubble than the UBERS and now that the bubble has burst, they have too much time on their hands...because that is all they banked on...sprawl forever.

Niesen Kasidan is representing developers who want to pave the Everglades. He never gets enough money. No client idea is too abrasive or too destructive. So long as Neisen gets paid.
