Lesley Blackner should run for Govenor. Hopefully her petition will be on the ballot. Clearly the corrupt land use attorneys and "we love concrete" loving developers were scared their cash spigot would get shut down. How many ugly strip centers does Florida need? How many ugly empty condos does Florida need? How many high-rises on top of single story residential neighborhoods does Florida need?

Yes, Leslie is certainly cuter than any of the rumpled lawyers pictured in accusatory black and white above her photo which is rendered in soft tones of virtue and rightousness.
Give her the Cuteness Award but hold up on that promotion to Governor for a second until we know just a tad more about her....

Re the B&W: Stanley Price only had a b & w photo...so to be consistent i made them all b & w. Leslie had a attractive picture on line...so that is what she got...

Anyone who has met Leslie Blackner or heard her speak knows she hates corruption and the ability of a select few connected moneyed insiders to control all zoning decisions for the many.

All the men in the B & W photos get hired to change zoning and to inflict harm on the envirnoment.

Thanks for the art direction update re the photos...but we really can't make every sweet-natured garden club president into a freaking Governor!!!!

Blackner is a lawyer, not a Garden Club President.

Lesley Blackner is a very smart attorney.

I will take a Garden Club President over a demonic land use lobbyist "anything for a fee" lawyer any day.

To alsorumpled above...do you know any Garden Club Presidents who want to pave the Everglades?

I'll take Leslie over the others for a nice dinner at Prime 112 and then who knows?

I bet I know which ones would get drunk on your dollar. Or get you drunk.

Yeah. Take that Moderate!

Again, you all need to really think about this. There is a reason we have a representative form of democracy. This is not the answer.
