According to County Clerk Records online, between 12/01/2007 and 1/05/2008 Lennar Homes, LLC recorded 106 deed transfers (sales). During the same period last year Lennar Homes, Inc. had 138. During the same period two years ago, Lennar Homes, Inc. had 207. And three years ago Lennar Homes, Inc. delivered 204 deeds. All are in Miami-Dade County.
