I don't know what you are trying to show with this one. As far as I know, Bayview was going forward but was challenged in court by a business competitor.
Showing empty lots in Miami that have been empty lots for decades doesn't really meet the stated goals of your contest.
so, who cares leeallen. It is still worth one Edmonson and two Souto's.
