Marketing Real Estate in Broward the old fashioned way. By Geniusofdespair

Lennar is doing it (I saw people holding their signs on Atlantic Blvd. and Powerline Road) and so are others. The times are-a-changing. The sandwich board sign is not just hawking chicken dinners anymore. They are now being used to lure people to real estate deals!

Yes, I've seen those signs everywhere there's a development for sale.

Developers in California have been using this marketing technique for quite awhile, but in CA, they do a better job at getting your attention beacue they flip the signs and spin them around.

Yesterday, I was driving down Old Cuttler Road and saw a girl wearing a sign talking on her cell phone, but can you really blame her?
