This man is the master of time management but, unfortunately, his monumental schedule leaves him only seconds that he can devote to shaving.

while the others are out wining and dining elected officials, he's probably still in his office strategizing.
Ahh.... what a hard worker, staying up late nights figuring out how to screw all of us. My favorate was his pro-bono work to screw activists in the black community like Power U and LIFT to support the existing corrupt black elected officials. Like a white pimp, working the protection racket. Give the people no alternative. What a guy! I bet he kisses babies too!

Sleazy Ron Book is the same scum who was taking money from Miami-Dade County at the same time he was becoming a partner to profit from the installation of illegal billboards in N.Miami.
Now Ron Book gets money from numerous billboards which ruin the views for residents and tourists alike. "Visual Pollution". Why can't he devote his time to his fee paying clients?

A a businessman I can tell you that when it comes to shake-down artist con-men like Books who have to be hired to get anything done in this community whatever the professional staff may think we all suffer. Why do I have to pay him to win a contract or get a result to make a decision that the staff want to do anyways????
Remember when Ron Book was called a crook at a Miami-Dade Commission meeting? He was accused of having a conflict of interest with Miami-Dade County because he was taking their money and breaking their laws at the same time. Book was there and he never denied it. I think was was proud to go unpunished.
I don't for a minute think Ron Book is a crook. I think that he knows how to milk a system to such a degree that it might appear rotten to the average man or woman. We have a system in place that Clifford, Ron, Miguel, Kris, Rodney and all the rest of them have gotten rich off of...off the backs of our tax dollars. So don't call him a crook, maybe he is an opportunist with an incredible gift of time management?
His lobbyist list certainly explains why he was pushing the Homeless Trust to enter into an agreement to sell it's land for permanent housing in south dade. He couldn't resist.
