Democrats: Don’t Let Karl Rove Fool You by Geniusofdespair

If you think for a minute Rove is attacking Hillary Clinton because he thinks she is the strongest candidate, think again Democrats.

He is attacking her because she is the Democrat he wants Republicans to be able to run against. He thinks she is a loser and he is trying to manipulate Democrats. His attacks are a ruse to make you think she is “It.”

He is clever. Don’t let him out-fox you yet again Democrats. It appears I am not alone in this belief:

Karl Rove keeps heat on Hillary Clinton:

"Rove might be revisiting his 2004 play book. Bush's re-election team aimed its harshest comments at Massachusetts Senator John Kerry, the eventual nominee, because it wanted Bush to take on Kerry rather than Edwards, then a senator from North Carolina.

The Los Angeles Times reported that Bush's former pollster and strategist Matthew Dowd said at a 2004 Harvard University conference that Bush's re-election team went after Kerry because they were more afraid of Edwards."

I had no idea others were bright enough to see the truth. It has happened before, and they won.

the pundits have been all over this tonight. On Tucker they said the same as GOD, that Hillary is the weakest candidate.

Rove is simply analyzing reality. Hillary is up double to Obama, 40-20, and still rising. Hillary WILL get the Democrat nomination and WILL LOSE the presidency to whichever Republicans gets the GOP nomination. She has more baggage than Samsonite. Her unfavorable poll numbers are worse than Bush. This isn't Karl Rove, Evil Genius, trying to trick the stupid Dems into supporting Obama, or the Breck Girl Edwards -- its just sour grapes from the candidates who refuse to concede Hillary is the runaway frontrunner.

I thought everyone would see the same old, same old trick. When the opposition says you are the front runner they are hoping they will help you get the position because they expect to be able to step all over you once you are the candidate.

Last Anon:

Rove does not analyze reality. He molds reality.

He is playing chess with our political future. Rove reminds me of my father, he always had an ulterior motive and you never knew his end game. You had to watch him closely to figure it all out.

The Democrats will pick the worst possible candidate. It won't be easy for them to lose against the Republican crew (pretty slim pickin's there) but they will. I have faith in the Dukakis pickers to do something really stupid, yet again.
