Vile Natacha Seijas in Daily Business Review. By Geniusofdespair

Sorry the article is too complicated to explain but worth reading - June 6th, Forrest Norman wrote it for the Daily Business Review (which is not on line). It is an article about whether County Commissioners should be deposed in a lawsuit accusing the county of breaching a nonprofit agency's contract to repair hurricane damaged waterways and canals. The reason Commissioners should be deposed, among other reason, states Attorney Higer: ..they have knowledge of "political favoritism and corruption with respect to contracts defendant awarded..." Love it!

For me this article was just a good excuse to re-quote that horrible Natacha Seijas who, once again, shows her true colors. I am also going to type it so her quote shows up in google:

"The county argued the council (South Florida Resource Conservation and Development Council) can get the evidence from other sources. But according to Higer (Council's attorney):
Commissioner Natacha Seijas stated during a July 2003 County Commission meeting she was the only person in her office with knowledge about this issue. At the meeting, Seijas told a council representative that "in my office you either talk to me or you don't talk to anybody because the staff doesn't speak for me."

I hope you heard that loud and clear Terry Murphy (Natacha’s Chief of Staff).

Imagine getting Natcha Seijas in a deposition, to talk about the history of water rates and her relations with special interests like the rock miners...

You left out the best part of the article. In putting the argument to Judge Freeman, the County Attorney said,"Deposing high-level government officials should be a last resort." So dear bloggers, you are treated differently by the courts. Seems to me the "high-level government officials" should be the first to be deposed! After all they know where the bodies are buried, which is, of course, why the county attorneys do not want them on the stand under oath.

No need to worry, if put on the stand, they will do as they always do-Lie and Lie some more.
There is no respect for the law with these people.

Even if the Commissioners get arrested, charged, and convicted the real players like Sergio Pino and Amando Cordina will never be charged much less completely investigated. They make or break DA careers! They are civic leaders don't you know, and with awards from the United Way to prove it!
