Usury is alive and well in Miami by Geniusofdespair

While searching numerous foreclosures, proof of our Miami housing crash, I found a guy’s name that raised a red flag. I searched him out and found out he was writing Balloon Mortgages to people who had put 10% down on their homes. The balloons brought them up to 100% financed. His interest charge: a whopping 14%. And, on some he had a 3% prepayment penalty, if paid within the first 6 months. Nice doing business with you!

This is the "crime capital" of the U.S. Simply watch "America Most Wanted" and note that almost all the criminals found were arrested somewhere in Florida. Medicare and Medicaid fraud is rampant here. What else can we expect?
