Lennar delivered 55 properties between 4/15/2007 to 5/15/2007. They have 5 liens and 9 lis pendens (foreclosure liens). Lennar didn’t buy any property under Lennar Homes Corporation.
Shoma Homes delivered 62 properties during the same period. Also, doesn’t appear to have bought any property. Shoma has 13 liens and 7 lis pendens.
Century Homes Builders (Sergio Pino) made a sale of a 4 unit property in Coral Gables, purchased for $800,000 in January 2005, to Tech Developers, Inc. for $4,800,000. Could that be right? Nice profit, some people have that Midas touch -- even in a crappy market!
