I'm guessing that these numbers are coming from the MLS. When you do a search by city it is based on what the realtor inputted for the city, so if a realtor puts south miami for an address in Homestead (happens all the time, Geography isn't required for the license)it will show up under a search for South Miami. Because of this the Unicorp ends up under just Miami. Total SFH (per EWM) for Miami

yeah. Thats only single family homes. Check out www.ewm.com goto property search and search for just Miami. Note that this searchs only the MLS not any FSBO. EWM also has a facts and trends link on their site(for now anyway)Which allows you to run some reports such as number of houses for sale in Dade county (13,056) vs. sold in March (644)Again only from the MLS which is a lower number then reality. Also most Devlopers don't list on the MLS so the condo numbers are way way under reported
