Miami Herald: Here is a stat: 8.8% drop in Readership by Genius of Despair

Look at the numbers everyone:
Reported October 31st (From the Audit Bureau of Circulations Report):
USA Today down 1.3%
Chicago Tribune down 1.7% Washington Post down 3.3%
New York Times down 3.5%
Los Angeles Times down 8%
MIAMI HERALD DOWN a whopping 8.8%

Editors & Publishers, America's Oldest Journal covering the Newspaper Industry said:
"Big cities like L.A., Miami, and Boston are feeling the effects of the Internet..."
"Losses at the Miami Herald were steep. Daily circulation fell 8.8% to 265,583 and Sunday fell 9.1% to 361,846."

Come on Miami Herald, you are going to lose us all. According to the latest Audit Bureau of Circulation report: your largest circulation is 361,846 making you the 27th newspaper in the country. The St. Pete Times has a better circulation for God's sake and the Orlando Sentinel is not far behind you. What has happened to the great Miami Herald? According to the McClatchy website we are your readers. And instead of keeping us happy you are pandering to some unknown out there and losing your flock.
