I feel like I am being manipulated...like Hitler did to the Germans. By Geniusofdespair

All the protests -- it is going to give me battle fatigue. People have lives, work, families,  they can't do so many. I think the Trump administration knows that. I am leaning on John McCain. I think he is one of the only sane senators.  We are all being played by trolls, remember that.

The Trump order against Muslims was the SAME DAY as Holocaust remembrance day and there was no mention of 6 million Jews slaughtered, by Trump or anyone from his camp.  It is the  Steve Bannon playbook He is really in charge of the White House and leading Trump. While all these anti-Muslim orders were being signed Bannon was ALSO installed on the Security Council, And Generals were demoted. Breitbart's (where Bannon was before the White House) white supremacy crew are enjoying the reaction and energy we are expending on the obvious crazy stuff while the more important, and more subtle White House meta-messages slip through under our noses to Trump followers. They get it.

One of those Alt-Right publications (granted more hateful than Breitbart):

White House Admits They Intentionally Omitted Jews From Holocaust Statement

We’ve got trolls in the White House.
We previously reported that the White House released a statement on holohoax remembrance day that failed to mention Jews or anti-Semitism.
There is no way this was accidental, but all in all it was basically a subtle nod to us.
But something much more incredible is now happening; the White House staff, under attack by the Jews, are doubling down and saying it was completely intentional, and don’t regret it.
TIME:
The White House is defending the statement it released on International Holocaust Remembrance Day on Friday that had no mention of the 6 million Jews that were killed.
Hope Hicks, the Donald Trump administration spokeswoman, told CNN that, “despite what the media reports, we are an incredibly inclusive group and we took into account all of those who suffered.
Other than having no mention of the 6 million Jews killed, the statement also failed to mention anti-Semitism.
Instead, Hicks provided a link to a Huffington Post UK story that notes the 5 million other “priests, gypsies, people with mental or physical disabilities, communists, trade unionists, Jehovah’s Witnesses, anarchists, Poles and other Slavic peoples, and resistance fighters,” that were murdered in the genocide, according to CNN. When asked if asked if Trump purposely left out Jews in his statement to avoid offending anyone, Hicks simply said, “it was our honor to issue a statement in remembrance of this important day.”
Now, this is straight up trolling.
Can you imagine how butthurt the Jews must be right now?

There’s some beautiful moments in this interview. The first is when the Jew interviewer pressures Priebus to basically apologize for the statement. He flat out refuses, saying that the White house doesn’t regret the wording at all.
Then, perhaps best of all, while waxing lyrical about the “horrors of the holocaust,” he says the following:
“If we could wipe it [the holocaust] off the history books, we would…”
Notice how the interviewer make a double-take when he hears that. Nothing could be more triggering to Jews than the idea of the holocaust not happening, because that’s one of their greatest weapons in subjugating the goyim.
Jews love the holocaust.

This statement, while it could be taken to be innocuous in the context of what Priebus was saying, is doubly telling, because the Jews are on edge. They feel like Trump is trying to erase the “memory of the holocaust” by not mentioning Jews in his statement, by making it about “all the people who suffered” instead of just Jews. So this suggestion that the holocaust should be “wiped off the history books” is sure to make them panic even more.

I would say that this whole episode is designed to make Jews flip out. Trump knows that they are the only strong organized force against him, and if he wants to implement his agenda, he needs to keep them off-balance. He definitely knows how to push their buttons.
I DID NOT WRITE THIS CRAP

So sad, we all are offered a window seat, on corporate political media sophistication coming into full blown control.
It's like 1933 area and 1984 all rapt in to one.
Whats next? Goose stepping.

And to think, Half the nation voted for this monkey wrench. that's real scary, cause there is no booting out half the nation.

I am appalled they didn't mention Jews Specifically regarding the holocaust.

I am very afraid, very, very afraid you are right on this one. He was playing word smithing to his supporters and the Security Council got a mole.

Scary stuff. Bannon needs to be removed. But of course so do Trump and Pence...

Anon #1 as a minor consolation, it was only 19% of the US population (62/320 million) that voted for the idiot.

"like Hitler did to the Germans." ... um, Hitler was German. He came from, arose from, the German people just as Trump has arisen from the American people. We, collectively, did this to ourselves.

You're depending on McCain to restore sanity? McCain is simply the most prominent neocon left in Congress trying to salvage some authority in the face of a fascist cabal that they helped plow the ground for, as did the Democrats. So sanity, apparently, is a return to the conditions that led to this disaster.

A distinction without a difference.

Watching that Supreme Court Justice nominee conference tonight made me gag. One sweep of the camera around the room and I saw one token black and one Hispanic in a sea of white anglosaxon men. He has followed through with his promise. He has made America White Again.
