What makes Dubois think that an appeal to the Third District Court of Appeal will be successful? The 3rd District covers Miami-Dade and Monroe County and I would think that the Court has quite a lot of experience with these kinds of cases.
My question is: why if he is fighting paying what appears to be a fairly assessed fine for the "crime" that he has been justly found guilty of (he did deny it during his campaign and since but the judge says he's guilty) why is he still in office and why is he suing people because they said he did it?
